Return Policies

We remain completely confident in the manufacturing standards of our StopWatt infrastructure. If our equipment does not fulfill the power monitoring requirements of your household, we provide a structured hardware return program.

60-Day Assessment Period

Buyers have precisely 60 days from the delivery milestone to submit a refund application. To qualify for financial settlement, the item must be in flawless functional shape and secured within its original packing containers.

To acquire an authorized return assignment, please coordinate with our support agents using the following points:

Our specialists will issue an exclusive Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking ID along with specific routing details. Packages returned to our warehouse without an authorized RMA registration cannot be logged by our operations team.

Reimbursement Process

As soon as our tracking division inspects the incoming equipment, we will dispatch an approval statement. Validated refunds are remitted straight to your primary purchasing card. Be aware that banking providers typically require 5 to 10 working cycles to display the funds on your statement.

Shipping Charges

The consumer takes on full accountability for all postage rates needed to dispatch the hardware back to our center. Any standard logistics expenses calculated during the initial order process are strictly non-refundable.
